Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and create a recruitment plan to meet those needs.
  • Develop job descriptions, job specifications, and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Build talent pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess the candidate's skills, experience, and suitability for the job.
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to evaluate their fit for the job.
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring manager and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
  • Recommend suitable candidates to the hiring manager based on the job requirements and interview evaluations.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification of the selected candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process of the selected candidates and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide necessary support to new hires to ensure they are integrated into the company culture and job responsibilities.
  • Maintain recruitment data and generate reports to analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers on the status of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software (ATS) is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
