A leading company in the beauty and wellness industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to execute recruitment strategies while collaborating with hiring managers. This role involves sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and contributing to the company's brand awareness through recruitment events. Candidates should possess a degree and relevant experience, alongside proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Executes talent acquisition strategies in order to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role and the process is conducted efficiently.
Partners with hiring managers to identify their requirements and ensure skills required are aligned with company’s manpower planning.
Handles end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e. involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks, job offer process & etc.
Working closely with Beauty Academies to build pipeline on potential candidates
Attending and giving Career talks to promote the company and expand on brand awareness.
Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, career fair, campus fair, direct sourcing and alternative avenues
Evaluate external labour market conditions, industry trends, interest of potential candidates and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment.
Runs on-boarding program to smoothly integrates the new employee into the organization and constantly follow through with the objective to foster positive employee experience.
Prepare reports i.e. recruitment tracking, talent pooling reports etc. in order and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in-house recruitment or agency environment.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and Mandarin is a must as the role will work closely with Mandarin speaking candidates.
Positive mindset with people friendly personality, resourceful and mobile;
Able to demonstrate professional and influencing way of communication;
Preferably candidates from retail and or beauty industry
High level of maturity and tact in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.
