What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of GSC’s hiring game - finding the right talent, shaping exceptional candidate journeys, and helping build winning teams that power the magic behind the screens. Your work will shape how GSC attracts, hires, and welcomes new stars.

Your Key responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate and cinema-based roles
  • Sourcing top talent through job portals, social media, events, and referrals
  • Screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Owning the candidate experience – from first contact to onboarding
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline strategies
  • Keeping up-to-date with hiring trends and recruitment best practices
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and dashboards for reporting
What You Bring to the Table
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Tech-savvy and digitally driven - familiar with ATS platforms, online recruitment portals, and sourcing tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you connect well with people
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, hiring metrics & employer branding
  • Up to date with Malaysian employment laws and hiring practices
  • Proficient in HRMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors), Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Canva
  • A people person who thrives on connecting with others
  • Resourceful, proactive, and great at spotting top talent
  • Digitally savvy with a knack for sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
  • A strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and stakeholders
  • Passionate about delivering great candidate experiences and employer branding
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Curious, collaborative, and always looking to improve how hiring gets done
