Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.

Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Material Science.
• Experience in manufacturing and managing people is an advantage.
• Preferably from a metal stamping background/production.
• Product/Process Engineering improvement.
• Understanding metal material flow and characteristics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Strong problem-solving skills from theory to practical implementation.
• Understanding production demand to meet customer requirements.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Stamping/Pressing process for metal parts.
• Experience dealing with Counterpart/Customer/Supplier is preferred.
• Good understanding of production demand and meeting customer requirements.
