An Executive Sous Chef is responsible for contributing to menu creation, managing and training the kitchen brigade, and controlling food costs to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As Executive Sous Chef, your responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to menu creation
  • Managing and training the kitchen team effectively
  • Ensuring consistent quality of dishes
  • Assisting the Head Chef and managing customer relations in their absence
  • Managing work rotas to meet business needs
  • Supporting brand standards through team training and assessment
  • Controlling food costs to contribute to revenue
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong junior sous chef or sous chef experience
  • Creativity in food preparation
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • High grooming standards
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
