Responsibilities:

  1. Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
  2. Coordinate sea freight shipments and transport arrangements.
  3. Chartering of vessels.
  4. Book service with co-loaders for import/export and trans-shipment.
  5. Prepare billings.
  6. Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipment.
  7. Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements.
  8. Prepare relevant shipping documents and ensure all documents are accurate and in accordance with Letter of Credit and shipping instructions.
  9. Monitor and follow up on shipment schedule and delivery of goods.
  10. File and update schedules.
  11. Liaise with shipping lines, banks, and internal staff on document processing.
  12. Submit exports and imports container details.
  13. Comply with port regulations and facilitate commercial trade transactions, as well as update import permits.
