Job description

An exhilarating opportunity has emerged for an Executive, Service Delivery (1 Year Contract) to join the team at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This contract position is crucial in bolstering the overall service delivery operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and coordinate daily service delivery operations to ensure efficient and prompt service to customers.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery processes.
  3. Track and analyze service delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide administrative support for the service delivery function, including documentation, scheduling, and record management.
  5. Assist in the rollout of new service delivery initiatives and process improvements.
  6. Perform additional ad-hoc tasks to support the service delivery function as needed.
What We're Looking For
  1. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or service delivery role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  5. A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to high-quality service.
  6. Willingness to deliver presentations.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Must have personal transportation for travel purposes.
