An exhilarating opportunity has emerged for a Executive, Service Delivery to join the team at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This contract position is crucial in bolstering the overall service delivery operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and coordinating daily service delivery operations to guarantee efficient and prompt service to customers.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery processes.
  • Tracking and analyzing service delivery performance metrics to pinpoint areas of improvement.
  • Offering administrative assistance for the service delivery function, encompassing documentation, scheduling, and record management.
  • Aiding in the rollout of new service delivery initiatives and process improvements.
What we’re looking for
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 years in an administrative or service delivery role
  • Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting), multitasking, strong organizational, deliver presentations and multilingual abilities (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin advantage)
  • Requirements: Valid driving license and own transportation for travel purposes and a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
