We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Services Executive to join our Wholesale Credit Operations team. The Trade Services Executive is responsible for processing trade transactions to ensure the timely completion of data input and document filing. This role reports to the Line Manager and will be based at our PJ City Trade Services Centre, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record receipt of documents in the relevant registers.
2. Acknowledge receipt of trade requests from customers, branches, other banks, or business units.
3. Check, verify, process, input, and authorize trade transactions.
4. Ensure accuracy of data entry and registration of trade transactions.
5. Perform data input and scan documents into the system.
6. Track payments of outstanding bills and paid transactions.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head - TSC or team leader.

Job Requirements:

Education/Qualification

1. Malaysian citizen
2. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
4. Candidates with related experience may be considered for senior roles.
