We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive, Sales Support to join our team and are able to deliver high-quality service while still attaining personal and team sales goals.

Your roles and responsibilities include:

  1. Ensure the sales/data entries in the e-booking system are accurate and tracking of sales conversion are within stipulated timeframe.
  2. Liaise and process sales documentation for purchasers, sales consultants, and appointed agents.
  3. Closely monitor aging and sales conversion with sales consultants and appointed agencies. Obtain regular purchasers’ loan approval updates from panel bankers.
  4. Issue notice of release letters to buyers in a timely manner.
  5. Coordinate the signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement / Deed of Mutual Covenant / Loan agreement and relevant documents with buyers and respective lawyers.
  6. Prepare weekly sales reports, sales performance reports, and sales conversion reports promptly.
  7. Track budget provisions, especially for promotional packages such as rebates, Buyer Get Buyer (BGB), Buyer Repeat Purchase (BRP), referral schemes, free gifts, etc.
  8. Raise payment requisitions for BGB, BRP, referrals, etc., and establish/monitor paper trails between departments.
  9. Process sales commissions for sales consultants and marketing incentives (if applicable) in a timely manner.
  10. Handle and coordinate commission claims and appointment matters for real estate agents.
  11. Attend to customer inquiries and provide sales support during sales events, roadshows, or exhibitions as needed.
  12. Practice and comply with all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlined by the HOD and QAQC department.
  13. Perform any other duties as instructed by management from time to time.
