Executive/Senior Executive, Production Engineering

Lead Seat Frame and Seat Assembly process development and feasibility study for new model.

Lead annual Kaizen activities for production line focusing on SQDC lean manufacturing.

Key Accountabilities:

To assist in organizing control and monitoring production line process set up and balancing.

To improve production line process set-up through automation.

To ensure AMS (APM Manufacturing System) is reflected on production shop floor.

To organize and monitor quality issue.

To create and improve production process flow chart.

To maintain and improve quality system in the production process.

Responsible for all the projects assigned to.

Responsible for safety & health in working environment.

What we're looking for:

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial

Professional Experience:

Understand and able to interprets in standard requirements for IATF 16949

Preferably 1-3 years of experience in Automotive Industry

Multilingual is added advantage
