About the role

Provident Fiduciaries Berhad is seeking an experienced Executive/ Senior Executive - Operations to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily trust and fiduciary operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness across departments.
  • Client Onboarding & Maintenance: Oversee the onboarding process for new trust and corporate clients, including due diligence, documentation, and account setup in line with KYC/AML requirements.
  • Compliance Support: Work closely with the compliance team to ensure operational adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and review operational reports, KPIs, and audit findings. Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Team Collaboration & Training: Mentor junior staff and support cross-functional teams on operational tasks, systems usage, and best practices.
  • Vendor & Systems Management: Liaise with external service providers and technology vendors to ensure the effective functioning of operational tools and platforms.
What we're looking for
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar executive/senior administrative role, ideally within the financial services or professional services sector.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail.
