Southern Auto Capital Sdn. Bhd. has an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Senior Executive or Manager, Marketing to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Melaka. This dynamic role will be responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy and execution across our operations in Johor, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities

Develop a new market in financial services

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services (Vehicle Hire Purchase Financing, SME Financing, Dealer Financing, Mirco Financing), across multiple channels ( including visit Dealers/Customers)

Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement and advertising

Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and digital assets

Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with the Credit Assessment team to ensure the completeness of documents required.

Attending the signing agreement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform the company's marketing strategy

Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the automotive or finance-related industry

Welcome the fresh graduates and interns to apply

Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and data analysis

Experience in leading and managing a team of marketing professionals

Degree in Business Administration, Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
