About the role

Behn Meyer Specialties (M) PLT is seeking an experienced Executive / Senior Executive - Financial Consolidation to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in our group financial consolidation, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business or corporate strategic management.

What you'll be doing

Prepare data for upload into financial consolidation software and verify the ETL (extract, transform and load) process to ensure mapping data is accurate.

Perform financial consolidation based on applicable accounting standards of the Group.

Liaise with group auditor on finalizing the consolidation and liaise with components / regional accountants on obtaining verification of entity data

Prepare and compile trending data on financial performance, comprising analysis of profit or loss account, financial position, cash flow and business analysis such as sales and purchase information system.

Compile and prepare group financial report data and presentation slides for management review.

Other tasks such as preparation of budget, project study and implementation, presentation deck to the Management Board etc.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Candidates with professional certification will have an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience, comprising of financial consolidation, reporting and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in technical knowledge pertaining to financial consolidation, accounting and data analysis using Excel and other tools.

Experience in SAP, Microsoft Excel, accounting system and any financial consolidation software such as Lucanet, BPC or others will be an added advantage.
