A consumer financing provider seeks a Customer Support Officer to manage accounts and phone interactions, provide support to clients, and assist in operations. Candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in collections, have a relevant diploma or degree, and good skills in MS Office. The role offers a dynamic workplace and opportunities for growth in Kuala Lumpur.
To answer and follow up customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers’ queries and concerns pertaining to Due Diligence related matters.
To assist Unit Head and above on operation planning, handling calling activities and complaint, administration and any operation related matter.
To provide professional customer support and excellent customer service.
