What you'll be doing
Identify potential corporate clients through market research, industry networking, and cold calling, while developing and executing strategic sales plans to enter new markets and expand business opportunities. Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the company’s offerings and drive client interest.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and a seamless experience. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships, encourage repeat business, and drive referrals.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives while continuously monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments to maximize results. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure promotional activities are aligned with sales goals, driving overall business success.
Prepare persuasive business proposals, quotations, and presentations while negotiating pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with corporate clients, ensuring all proposals and contracts align with company policies and industry regulations.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, leveraging data analysis to refine sales approaches and enhance competitive positioning. Stay informed about industry developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities and drive business growth.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery while working closely with product development to provide client feedback and enhance offerings. Additionally, coordinate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials that align with business objectives.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts while utilizing OutPerform software to track leads, manage client data, and optimize workflows. Additionally, prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks and strengthen business relationships. Represent the company in business forums and client meetings to enhance brand visibility while developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry leaders to drive business growth.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients while negotiating contract renewals and extensions to sustain long-term business relationships. Develop loyalty programs and personalized engagement strategies to enhance client retention and maximize customer value.
Ensure all sales activities and agreements comply with company policies and regulatory standards while maintaining proper documentation of contracts, client agreements, and communication records. Adhere to ethical sales practices and uphold transparency in all business dealings to foster trust and credibility
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's, Professional, or Master’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong ability to build trust, identify business opportunities, and close deals, directly impacting organizational success.
Proactive and self-driven, highly motivated individual with a pleasant personality, service-oriented mindset, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and strong analytical abilities to excel in a competitive market.
Result-oriented and driven by a strong will to achieve high sales targets and meet tight deadlines.
