This role supports INTI’s Career Services Department by building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and working professionals. The position plays a key role in promoting INTI’s Working Professional Programmes and supporting INTI’s overall financial and enrolment goals. Responsibilities include driving business development, fostering corporate collaborations, and providing high-quality programme counselling. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Leverage experience in higher education programme sales, counselling, and corporate solutions to drive enrolments and revenue.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand INTI’s market reach and strengthen industry partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and working professionals through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Programme Counselling: Provide accurate, professional counselling to working adults and prospects within the working professional segment.
- Corporate Engagement: Coordinate collaboration meetings, workshops, and preview sessions to build a healthy sales pipeline and maximise conversion.
- Sales & Marketing Activities: Execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives to achieve assigned sales goals within each cycle.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Career Services, WAP, and Alumni Unit teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and collaborative support across initiatives.
- Service Excellence: Deliver a positive, engaging, and high-quality counselling experience to all prospects and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record: Experience in higher education programme sales, education counselling, or corporate solutions.
- Fresh graduates: Encouraged to apply; full training and guidance will be provided.
- Location: Based in Subang Jaya or willing to relocate.
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other languages are an added advantage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and presentations.
- Learning mindset: Openness to continuous development.
- Presentation skills: Ability to deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant working experience preferred; 2–3 years of related experience may be considered for a senior role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Sales skill: Excellent consultative sales, interpersonal communication and people skills.
- Organisational: Strong administrative, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Tech tools: Proficient in virtual meetings and presentations (Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.).
- Event skills: Experience in organising events or activities is an added advantage.
