You'll Bring:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Regional Planning, or related discipline, with 3–5 years’ experience in business development, land acquisition, feasibility study, or property-related roles.

Good understanding of real estate market fundamentals, development lifecycle, zoning, and land acquisition processes.

Familiar with relevant coursework, practical experience, or has a strong personal interest in property development and urban planning.

Able to assist in preparing GDV/NDV calculations, basic cost estimates, and financial summaries to support internal decision-making.

Comfortable gathering data from land records, market portals, planning documents, and government sources, and presenting it clearly through summaries and basic charts.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to navigate property platforms.

Able to multitask, follow up independently, and stay proactive with market updates and land leads.
