Executive/Senior Executive, Accounts (Property Management Company)

  1. To perform daily accounting operations and handle a full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
  2. To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and filing.
  3. Prepare audit schedules and assist in the preparation of tax computations.
  4. Exposure to companies with a mixture of activities.
  5. Assist in various ad-hoc assignments.
  6. Ensure timely submission for filing with SSM, LHDN, Kastam, etc.

Requirements

  1. Degree/diploma in Accounting or professional studies.
  2. 2 to 4 years of working experience.
  3. Good team player, self-disciplined, willing to learn, with good personality and communication skills.
  4. High integrity, able to work independently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  6. Proficiency in accounting software - AutoCount & e-invoicing is an advantage.
  7. Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice are preferred.
