Main Responsibilities
Focusing on analyzing, planning, implementing, developing and supporting ERP Solution (SAP Finance Module) that supports the business and client's needs, participating in business need analysis, business risk assessment, user requirements study, functional and technical design, testing, integration management and manage the system development and Implementation of the solution
List of responsibilities
1. Support day-to-day operations of SAP FICO, including incident resolution, basic configuration, and user support activities.
2. Assist in the implementation and enhancement of SAP Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts
3. Collaborate with senior consultants and functional leads to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations or change requests.
4. Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
5. Help prepare and update functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
6. Monitor open tickets and service requests to ensure timely issue closure in accordance with defined SLAs.
7. Learn and follow SAP implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices.
8. Support end users with training and issue resolution, particularly around standard SAP finance processes and transactions
9. Asist with data migration, validation, and cutover tasks during project deployments or upgrades.
10. Stay updated with basic SAP FICO functionalities and S/4HANA Finance features under the guidance of senior consultants.
Academic qualification, skills and working experience for the position
1. Bac/ Dip in Computer Science/ Information Technologies/ Software Engineering or equivalent
2. Fresh Graduate or 1–2 years of experience in SAP FICO (internship or academic projects accepted).
3. Familiarity with SAP ERP and financial modules is an advantage.
4. Willingness to learn and grow in a structured SAP project environment.
