Job Purpose
- To perform sales activities and ensure all sales targets are met in accordance with the budget.
- To ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and prospects (pre-sales, during sales, and post-sale).
- To instill a customer service mindset.
- To ensure that Retail/Sales Excellence is achieved every month.
Job Responsibilities
Operational
- To ensure all sales targets are met in accordance with the budget or other promotions organized by Central Marketing from time to time.
- To support and coordinate planning for product launches as per the approved sales plan.
- To execute all launching activities as approved by GM / Operations Head.
- To monitor and update all sales chart display materials and information daily.
- To coordinate and perform sales activities and promotions for events such as road shows, exhibitions, and launches as per the approved plan.
- To perform, close, and record sales activities and transactions as per the assigned targets.
- To adhere to all sales policies accordingly.
- To follow up on sales documentation, including signing of Sales and Purchase Agreements, collection of full 10% deposits, and completion of booking data forms within the required time frame.
- To provide bi-weekly feedback on competitors and market surveys.
- To submit daily sales reports on sales closings, walk-ins, call-ins, and follow-up statuses.
- To ensure all registrant and purchaser information is accurately entered and updated in the system.
- To update sales inquiries in the sales force system daily.
- To monitor the allocation of Bumi units as determined by authorities.
- To handle and channel purchaser complaints to the relevant departments for appropriate action.
- To perform other job functions as instructed by the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Education/Professional Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management or Business Administration.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
