EXECUTIVE, SALES & MARKETING (BASED IN JOHOR)

To execute all sales, marketing & promotional strategies to achieve the sales target.

To check and prepare all media, advertisement, distribution leaflets and marketing tools prior to launching.

To follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are smooth.

To carry out market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports.

To monitor the marketing budget and maximize marketing returns

To brainstorm new & creative growth strategies with the team to develop an effective digital marketing.

To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent.

1-3 years of sales & marketing experience in property industry.

Sales and customer service oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, dynamic and a team player.

Work location based at Gelang Patah, Johor.
