About the role

Densports Sdn Bhd, a leading sports equipment and apparel retailer, is seeking an ambitious and driven Executive Sales & Marketing to join their team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This full-time position will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding the company's customer base in the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Prospecting for new customers and building strong relationships with existing ones
3. Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends
4. Coordinating and participating in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing materials and campaigns
7. Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies

What we're looking for

1. A gentlemen with good personality.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the sports or retail industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
4. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. Proficient in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and data analysis tools
7. A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
8. Passion for the sports industry and a drive to succeed in a dynamic and competitive market
