EXECUTIVE, SALES GENERAL TRADE (EAST COAST)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPIs.
- Planning and executing promotions at outlets to meet trade excellence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and key wholesalers.
- Managing debtor collections and resolving long-standing outstanding payments where applicable.
- Opening new outlets and attending to sales inquiries.
- Developing and coaching team members.
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned by superiors and the company.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum qualification of SPM with 2 years of working experience in the sales industry; experience in FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Strong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders effectively.
- Willing to travel and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the East Coast region is preferred.
- Strong desire to deliver results, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable, energetic, honest, and accountable.
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English; knowledge of other dialects is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Possess own transport.
