Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales/ Customer Service.
• Experience in property development industry preferable.

• Responsible for the sales of assigned projects and properties.
• Assist customers with property purchases and provide advisory on loans and legal matters.
• Monitor sales process and ensure timely documentation.

Job description

Responsible in the sales of assigned projects and properties in accordance with the rules and procedures from time to time in meeting the Company's sales target.

Monitor and tract the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.

Assist customers on matters pertaining to the purchase of properties from the Company including providing advisory on loan and legal matters.

Liaise with relevant parties including financiers and solicitors to ensure prompt completion of loan documentation.

Ensure timely issuance of all invoices, reminders and correspondences.

Responsible for the handing over of completed properties to purchasers.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales/ Customer Service, experience in property development industry preferable.

Sales-driven individual.

Good knowledge in statutory act related to property.
