About the Role

We're in the lookout for one (1) Executive, Sales and Commercial, parked under our 3rd party manning agency with an employment contract of a one-year engagement basis and made renewable subject to incumbent's annual performance and on-going business needs.

Key Accountabilities

Sales

• Listening to customer requirement, creating detailed proposal documents and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
• Making accurate , rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotation.
• Recording sales & order information and sending customer purchase orders to operation team for processing of delivery or own collection by customers.

Marketing

• Gather market and customer information as key inputs to facilitate decision making in negotiation with current buyers as well in Sales and Purchase Agreement negotiation with potential buyers.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions .
• Determine an approach to pricing and set prices for products and services in specific markets.

Distributor Management

• Identify, select and manage distributors in specific markets to meet agreed business plans and sales target for the market.

Term & Spot Contracts

• Monitor the sale and purchase agreement performance to ensure customer lifting plans are met.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing Background.
• Minimum working experience on two (1) to (2) years related to Sales/Marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace and demanding environment.
• Possess quality people-facing experience with physical engagement and excellent interpersonal relations skills.
