This role is responsible for loan processing, data entry, case mitigation, customer service, FIS lodgment, disbursement documentation, and compliance ambassador in the Auto Loan Centre.
Functional (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist the Centre Manager to oversee daily business operations.
- Review loan applications submitted by EHP; unqualified cases to be rejected outright.
- Verify and process loan applications for credit approval.
- Scan VSO, consent forms, income documents, and other necessary documents.
- Perform thorough KYC via phone interview with loan applicants.
- Follow-up with customers on pending documents for loan approval.
- Calculate business income from bank statements.
- Data entry and upload necessary documents into the LOAD$ system.
- Follow-up with EHP/dealer on loan processing KIV and advise on loan pricing.
- Loan processing, including verification and system access for credit approval.
- Assist in pricing deviation and segment cases into processable or non-processable.
- Escalate processable cases to CED; recommend outright rejection for non-processable cases.
- Perform credit evaluation and recommendation for loan mitigation.
- Review cases for additional document requirements.
- Assist EHP with witnessing and signing of loan agreements.
- Attend to customer queries and complaints via phone or walk-in.
- Perform FIS lodgment.
- Compile loan documentation for disbursement according to bank guidelines.
- Follow up on funding defects with EHP/dealer.
- Manage sales tracking tools and reporting.
- Conduct annual review of fixed assets and dispose of obsolete assets.
- Handle gift fulfillment for sales campaigns.
- Perform monthly stock counts on premium items.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Recommend process improvements for business operations.
- Mentor and guide new/junior employees.
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as required.
Managerial
- Ensure office equipment and work area are maintained clean, safe, and organized.
Education/Qualifications
- Minimum tertiary education or equivalent certificates.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under short deadlines.
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with high accuracy.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Experience
- Experience in administration, customer service, or credit processing is an advantage.
