Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a Product & Sales Enablement professional to shape product strategy, drive campaigns, and uplift frontline performance. The role focuses on analyzing regional performance, developing interventions, and ensuring compelling sales journeys driven by data.

Ideal candidates will have banking or financial services experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of launching products and maintaining marketing collateral and websites.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, sales enablement, or business analysis (Banking/financial services experience a plus).
• Strong ability to track impact, analyze data, and provide data-backed insights to refine products.
• Proven track record of managing product launches and maintaining marketing collateral/websites.
• Excellent collaboration across teams and ability to translate complex product features into simple sales tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Experience in product management, sales enablement, or business analysis (Banca/Financial services experience is a plus).
