• Lead QA operations for Further Processing and Loading.
• Ensure Further Processing and Loading personnel comply with GMP and Food Safety requirements.
• Proactively identify and address issues in Further Processing to ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently upheld.
• Ensure all finished products are compliant with customer requirements.
• Manage and review/verify all quality records for Further Processing and Loading.
• Monitor and verify chemical usage related to Further Processing foot bath and sanitation.
• Manage critical control points in the daily operations.
• Manage all customer specifications and delegate all changes and requirements to the QC team to achieve target compliance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.

The position is based at Sitiawan, Perak and requires working on shifts.
