Summary To coordinate core activities and projects in support of QAA’s objective.
Key Areas of Responsibility / Accountability:
Regulatory Compliance Unit
Coordinate, prepare and manage documentation related to the MQA & MOHE matters such as Accreditation, approval, compliance audit and others.
Coordinate the development of the new programme (PA) and the Full Accreditation process.
Coordinate programmes review and internal audit.
Involve in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of policies and procedures that cover academic and non-academic aspects.
Involve in university ranking recognition such as SETARA, QS Ranking and MyRA.
Follow the guidance issued by both the Awarding Body and the UNIVERSITY (MQA/KPT) with regards to assessment practice and completion and documentation.
Ensure full compliance with the University Quality Assurance systems to ensure consistency and continuous improvement, liaising with appropriate UNIVERSITY staff to ensure that systems in support of assessment, verification and additional support are fully implemented.
Undertake staff development appropriate to the contractual requirements of the post and the needs of the section.
Complete all paperwork required to meet audit requirements.

Perform any other duties as required by the QAA Manager / Senior Deputy Registrar that are commensurate with the grade. Requirements
Preferable candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any discipline.
Preferable candidates with relevant working experience in Quality Assurance in higher education providers or in education settings.
Fresh graduates can be considered for the position.
Willingness to travel for official work.
Meticulous, eye for details, resourceful, urgent to respond, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and well organized.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
Strong communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
