Property Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including security, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with various service providers to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.

Resident Relations:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Organize and participate in community events to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning for assigned properties.
  • Monitor and control property-related expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure that all properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.
  • Implement and enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a secure and harmonious living environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in high-rise residential buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations including Strata Act. Experience in Tribunal cases is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of property management software.
