About the role
We are currently looking for Executive - Project Order Fulfilment to drive project success by expertly managing Bill of Quantities, negotiating competitive quotes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing procurement processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Play a key role in cost control, quality assurance, and seamless collaboration for every project milestone.
What you’ll be doing
Prepare and issue accurate Bills of Quantities (BQ) and preliminary project budgets
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth project execution
Verify pricing, quantities, and compliance with project specifications
Ensure all new subcontractors are evaluated and approved through the “External Provider Assessment” process
Prepare preliminary budget estimates for both new and ongoing projects to support gross profit analysis
Oversee the procurement and optimization of worktop slabs, minimizing material wastage and maximizing efficiency
Conduct price comparisons and perform cost analyses to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
Carry out monthly inventory audits at the fabricator’s warehouse to ensure accurate stock records and inventory control
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management in alignment with departmental goals
What We're Looking For
Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Project Operations, or a related field — we welcome your enthusiasm and fresh perspectives!
Basic understanding or keen interest in products related to kitchens, worktops, or interior design is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills and a resourceful mindset to help us discover new sourcing opportunities.
Excellent communication skills to build great relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors.
Comfortable with numbers — you should have a good grasp of mathematics, estimation, and cost analysis.
Great time management skills to keep projects on track and meet deadlines without stress.
Ability to read and understand tender documents such as Bills of Quantities (BQ) and drawings.
Confidence, proactivity, and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
