Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and implementing marketing and sales activities to achieve business plan goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Devise and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to meet project goals.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and sales events such as launches, promotional activities, roadshows, and exhibitions to deliver sales targets.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  4. Analyze target markets and leads to support business strategies.
  5. Coordinate workflows within and outside departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  6. Administer and adhere to department guidelines and SOPs for compliance.
  7. Assist with other marketing and sales functions, including management reporting, liaising with agencies, suppliers, solicitors, bankers, authorities, and managing licenses and permits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • Computer literacy is required.
  • Having a driving license is an advantage.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience:
