Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a project liaison and drafting coordinator to support multi-disciplinary projects in Klang, coordinating with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

You will review drawings, assist with drafting, monitor approvals, and contribute to post-mortems. Presentation slides may be prepared as needed, requiring clear communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works with internal and external consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing drawings issued by consultants.
• Carry out drafting on projects, checking technical aspects of designs.
• Liaise with consultants to track project approval status.
• Assist in project post mortems and provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare presentation slides as required.

• Coordinate works involving the consultants (internal and external), Marketing division, Quantity Surveying division and any other parties involved in the projects assigned.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing drawings issued by the internal and external consultants.
• Carry out minimum drafting on projects assigned, particularly in checking technical aspects of designs submitted by the internal and external consultants.
• Liaise with the internal and external consultants, in keeping track on the authority approval status of the projects assigned.
• Assist in conducting project post mortems and provide recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Prepare presentation slides as and when required.
