EXECUTIVE, PROJECT COORDINATOR & SALES ADMIN

WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing digital hospitality and property consultancy company specializing in short-term rentals across digital platforms. We partner with property owners to maximize rental income while delivering exceptional guest experiences. As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive, Project & Sales to join our team and lead property acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end process of owner onboarding, agreement execution, and unit activation.
  • Acting as the main contact for property owners during onboarding and renovation stages.
  • Coordinating with the internal sales team and solicitor on SPA relevant matters and maintaining records.
  • Managing new bookings, sales documentation, and cancellations.
  • Updating master control to ensure data accuracy and timely tracking of sales conversions.
  • Generating accurate reports and maintaining system updates.
  • Monitoring and ensuring timely collection of progressive payments.
  • Attending to enquiries, correspondence, and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Liaising with solicitors on SPA and loan document preparation and execution.
  • Preparing reports as required by management.
  • Overseeing renovation and furnishing progress.
  • Ensuring building facilities and services are functional for new units.
  • Handling credit collections and building relationships with property stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Diploma, Higher/Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Administration or relevant fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property development or related industries.
  • Knowledge of sales administration and credit control procedures in property development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and organize effectively.
  • Team player capable of collaborating efficiently with colleagues.
