A leading property development company in Malaysia is seeking a Project Executive to manage planning permissions and ensure compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction and construction phases of projects and assist in meeting project deadlines. A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Town Planning with relevant experience is essential.

•Liaise government agencies, consultants and all relevant parties to ensure approval and concurrence is obtained earlier than the targeted deadline.
•Assist and coordinate all ongoing applications for planning permission related to land and project management matters.
•Assist in preparing the project/ application timeline, status update to ensure approval the target set is meeting the timeline.
•Monitor relevant legislation and ensure compliance of all projects with federal, state and local regulations.
•Assist in carrying out pre-construction, under construction and post-construction activities.
•Assist in the review of drawings before submission to the authority.
•Assist in the preparation/ updating of the Management Report and other reports related to the monitoring system.
•Implement all policies, activities, procedures and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
•Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the supervisor.
THE INCUMBENT:
•Possess at least bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Town Planning with minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
•Strong time management and analytical skills.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Experiences/ familiar with similar construction industry
