About the role

As an Executive, Project at Wing Tai Malaysia Property Management Sdn Bhd', you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of property management projects within the Bukit Mertajam, Penang region. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of property development initiatives that are central to the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist the project management team in the planning, coordination and execution of property development projects.
2. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved designs (tender/construction/approved drawings).
3. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and local authorities. Maintain good communication with stakeholder at all levels.
4. Ensure all work complies with local regualtions, Buidling and Construction Authority (BCA) requirements, and company standard (policies & procedures).
5. Supporting the preparation of project-related documentation, such as reports, proposals, and presentations. Tracking and checking on all additional works to prevent it from exceeding budget.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, Construction Management, Project Management or related field with 1-3 years of experience in a similar project coordination or property management role.
• Able to read & understand technical drawings and documents. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with at all levels.
• Proficient in using project management software, AutoCAD and tools.
• Familiarity with local property regulations and industry standards.
