Job summary

Job description

Design and develop new program or project related to Financing Product and Services agreed upon to be implemented by the Management. This will include preparing guidelines and technical specification of the program or project.

Prepare and submit program proposal (including credit template and program credit parameters) sign-off from relevant sign-off parties, risk assessment report and thereafter obtain approval from various level of management, shariah and board committees in accordance with the Bank’s governance requirements.

Perform scheduled review and post-implementation review of all existing product and project documents arising from business and/or regulatory requirement including reporting on impairment threshold triggers.

Introduce process enhancement of existing program documents which may involve reviewing and/or system changes/revision.

Perform submission and notification of program implementation to Bank Negara Malaysia where the process is required.

Develop accurate program positioning and value proposition, that will enhance customer experience

Ensure proper understanding of the department/section’s role among internal stakeholders throughout the organization

Provide appropriate financial services to the unserved and underserved segments of the community which will contributes to both sustainable development and social economy change adaptation

Customization and diversification of financial products, as well as the packaging of financial with non-financial services, such as skills training, will yield greater benefits for participants in microfinance schemes.

Establish Agrobank as a leading financial services provider with experience in designing financial services programs

Ensure that Agrobank meets its mandate as listed in the Bank Pertanian Malaysia Act in particular with regards to development of Agro based business and the well-being of the Agriculture Community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field, or equivalent experience

Experience:

Open to fresh graduate with suitable qualities.

Preferably 1 year of experience in designing and managing financing programs and others aspect of financial inclusion development programs.

Advantageous to have business development and financial analysis skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Communication: Ability to express both orally and in writing the policies, tasks and image of the Bank in all activities, particularly microfinance development and financial inclusion.

Analytical: Strong analytical skills in financial and performance analysis. Able to translate information into effective recommendation and action plans.

Negotiation Skill: Able to conduct positive negotiation different parties at all level with the aim to obtain the best outcome as per organizational ambition.
