Plan and liaise with Manager Production and Marketing & Sales to manage production output, chemicals inventories, and chemicals usage, besides providing cost analysis on maintenance spending. Ensure product cost accuracy and analyze Bill of Material consumption to optimize plant operations.

Perform production scheduling and coordinate on production plans. Develop and publish allocation plans and perform product allocation.

Forecast production output and shipment requirements to avoid tank top or shortages. Review and evaluate forecast accuracy and operational factors to develop and publish demand plans collaboratively.

Develop and publish integrated plant production plans by evaluating operational factors, conducting scenario analysis, and evaluating inter-plant synergy. Recommend production run rates during hiccups to meet sales and internal requirements.

Create simulations and projections for short-term and long-term production and sales plans. Evaluate demand and supply via scenario analysis of shortages or surpluses.

Manage nominations with supply scenario analysis.

Plan inventories by monitoring process variability and levels, forecasting and publishing inventory levels, and conducting scenario analyses.

Liaise with external parties regarding long-term feedstock and utilities supply (gas, water, etc.).

Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance; act as contract owner for catalysts, chemicals, and services.

Own process management including gatekeeping, process improvements, training, documentation, and mentoring key users.

Coordinate closely with production teams, procurement, customer service, and logistics to ensure compliance with schedules.

Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor final product approvals through the entire production cycle.

Establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and specifications.

Manage contract manpower planning, including budgeting for drumming, packaging, and housekeeping in the warehouse.
