About the role

As a Production Executive, you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of production and to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of the production line.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities and operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Oversee the training and development of production staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate in a smart factory environment.
• Monitor production output and quality standards to ensure compliance with set guidelines and promptly address any deviations.
• Supervise all production lines for a smooth production operation.
• Coordinate and plan production schedules to achieve production orders.
• Utilize smart factory tools and data analytics to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to optimize production processes and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations throughout production operation and promote a safe working environment.

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Min. 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, production, or a related field.
