Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.
• Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Material Science.
• Experience in manufacturing and managing people is an added advantage.
• Preferably those coming from a metal stamping background/production.
• Product/Process Engineering improvement.
• Understanding the metal material flow and characteristics.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Problem Solving from theory to practical implementation.
• Understanding production demand and meeting customer requirements.
• Preferably having knowledge of Stamping/Pressing process for metal parts.
• Preferably having experience in dealing with Counterparts/Customers/Suppliers.
