Job description

  • Ensuring the procurement activities are executed as per the company’s procurement procedure.
  • Plan and implement supply chain processes that include Inbounding, Purchase Order, Good Receive Note.
  • Monitor inventory levels for item inbound warehouse to ensure adequate stock available for Outlets
  • Work closely with planner on the forecast to supplier
  • Work with other departments to coordinate activities such as sample request, shipping, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and expediting goods
  • Negotiating with local supplier on the price, delivery, payment term and services.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure a continuous supply of goods and services
  • Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
  • Identifies supply and supplier issues. Analyses information to assess root cause, improvement and associated risk. Recommends and implements solutions.

  • Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Procurement/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Operation Management or related field
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in Supply Chain or Procurement functions
  • Strong and wide knowledge in Procurement best practice and system-oriented background
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Assertive and dynamic, with good communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
