Job description

Join our dynamic Private Wealth Division and be part of a team dedicated to delivering tailored estate planning and wealth structuring solutions. As an Executive – Private Wealth Division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and families.

Responsibilities

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Assist in servicing high-net-worth clients by managing trust structures, including:
    • Estate Planning – Wills, Private Trusts, Foundations
    • Wealth Structuring – Family Offices, Business Succession Planning
    • Philanthropic Planning – Charitable Trusts, Endowments
  • Provide proactive client support, addressing inquiries, transaction requests, and reporting needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal advisors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Operational & Compliance Support

  • Assist in the establishment and administration of private trusts and other wealth structures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices governing trust companies.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assist in updating internal policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of trust accounts and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and reputational risks associated with private client services.
  • Conduct due diligence and KYC processes in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Support the opening and administration of bank and investment accounts for trust structures.
  • Assist in managing financial transactions, distributions, and funding requests in line with trust mandates.
  • Prepare periodic client statements and reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Technology & Process Enhancement

  • Support the implementation of digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency in trust administration.
  • Ensure proper data management, security, and confidentiality of client records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or private wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of wealth structuring, trust law, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and trust management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-net-worth clients and professional advisors.
  • Experience in handling banking transactions and regulatory reporting is a plus.
