Job Responsibilities

• Develop the construction baseline program.
• Organize and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly.
• Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements.
• Study, highlight and provide mitigation measures on delayed/ critical activities and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications.
• Track progress and prepare monthly reports according to schedule.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and all works are carried out based on the approved program.
• Prepare and submit EOT application.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 4-5 years planning experience with Primavera 6/ MSP.
• Site experience in project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and excellent presentation skill.
• Proficient in English language.
