Customer Service Executive (Branch Operations)

• Assist CSOM in monitoring daily branch operation activities.
• Support the branch in defending CASA positions and achieving new account opening targets.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products.
• Ensure daily operations comply with the Bank's SOPs, assist in completing the branch's monthly RCSA, and respond to HO inquiries within the specified TAT.
• Perform any other duties as required by CSOM & Branch Manager.
