Functional (Job Responsibilities)

Operations

• Function as the back-up CSOM as required and carry out all responsibilities applicable to the CSOM role.
• Execute the roles and responsibilities, including supervisory functions, of Savings/Fixed Deposit/Current Account Officer.
• Handle responsibilities of Remittance Officer/GL Officer/Chief Cashier/SDB Officer/After Sales Service Officer/Inventory Management.
• Perform SST custodian duties as needed, including weekends/public holidays.
• Maintain control over assigned keys and combinations, updating registers accordingly.
• As Chief Cashier, be accountable for overall branch cash holdings and end-of-day cash balancing.
• Authorize over-the-counter transactions within limits set by the bank.
• Conduct account reviews such as EDD, ODD, TDD, CDD, etc.
• Review assigned reports for errors and review purposes.
• Execute branch RCSA based on monthly operational risk management modules.
• Support BM/CSOM during audits, FCC, BORM, and other reviews.
• Process branch transactions timely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and statutory & regulatory requirements.

Sales & Service

• Participate in sales activities, including weekends, road shows, open houses, and product promotion events.
• Meet cross-selling targets and follow up on leads for cross-selling.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high CSAT and Mystery Shopping scores.
• Assist customers with sign-up for HL Connect, HL Connect First, and HL Mobile App.
