Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a proactive professional to aggressively source and book new credit card customers while meeting monthly targets. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and actively promoting credit card products.

The candidate will attend roadshows as required, cross-sell other banking products, maintain high selling professionalism, and ensure compliance with bank policies. Service standards must be upheld consistently.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively source and book new credit card customers for the bank.
• Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.
• Attend road shows and etc when required.
• To actively promote Credit Card products.
• Cross selling other banking products, when required.
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
• Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times.
• Comply with bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
• To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.
