Executive - Personal Financial Services (Channel Management)

We are seeking an Executive - Personal Financial Services (Channel Management) to join our team. If you are looking to excel and make a difference, consider this opportunity with us.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage internal sales channels (branches, GSME RM, BCB, DITB) and TPAs on merchant applications.
  2. Develop and implement tactical incentive campaigns for internal sales channels.
  3. Perform evaluations, financial analyses, and provide recommendations on merchant business, projects, and campaigns.
  4. Review and analyze merchant applications regularly with internal sales channels and TPAs.
  5. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across departments to create merchant business opportunities.
  6. Ensure Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met for each channel, including sales, new merchant acquisition, terminal targets, MDR, and revenue.
  7. Support branches with merchant business-related inquiries.
  8. Participate in meetings with the internal sales team for key potential merchants.
  9. Maintain strong teamwork and working relationships with team members.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirements.
