We are currently seeking talented individuals to:

Functional (Job Responsibilities)

1. Meet sales targets by securing new quality loans in line with management decisions on the portfolio mix of products and customers.
2. Maintain good business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Ensure loan application documents received from dealers/customers comply with guidelines.
4. Authenticate identification, income, and vehicle documents.
5. Obtain customer consent before proceeding with loan applications.
6. Interview applicants and conduct thorough KYC procedures.
7. Enter data accurately into the LOAD$ system.
8. Perform CTOS enquiries and credit recommendations.
9. Update dealers on case statuses daily.
10. Ensure timely issuance of Letter of Undertaking and follow up on the execution of HP Agreements and related documents.
11. Present Product Disclosure Sheets and brief customers on HP Agreements, witnessing the signing process.
12. Follow up on delayed approval and disbursement cases.
13. Prepare proposals for panel dealership and other facilities.
14. Conduct site visits as required.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Managerial (Team Responsibilities)

• Assist and guide new joiners as a buddy.

Organizational Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with car dealers.
• Engage in cross-selling to generate referrals and leads within the Hong Leong Group.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• At least an SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or equivalent in Business Studies, Management, Commerce, or Marketing.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transportation is required.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability and strong execution skills.
• Fresh graduates or those with at least 1 year of experience in banking or the auto industry.
