· Manage Managing Partner's calendars and set up meetings.

· Maintain records of Managing Partner’s contacts.

· Take minutes during meetings.

· Handle daily accounting and finance operations.

· Manage invoices, payment vouchers, and billings.

· Maintain proper filing and keep accurate accounting records.

· Handle administrative matters, including office purchases, upkeep, and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets.

· Assist in performing other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Possess relevant work experience.

· Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role is advantageous.

· Knowledge of basic accounting is a plus.

· Good command of written and spoken English.

· Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.

· Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and own transportation.

· Excellent MS Office skills.

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
